NOURISH: 3 Month Membership Nourishment

Length of membership: 3 months

Frequency of sessions: 2 sessions per month

Length of sessions: 30 minutes (or combine for one 60 minute session per month)

A 30 or 60-minute in-person or virtual follow up session once or twice a month provides you with the opportunity to have your questions answered, health concerns assessed and reviewed, and have any tweaks or adjustments made to your Nutritive Protocol.
